1. Resistance welding

It is used for welding thin metal products, clamps the workpiece to be welded between two electrodes, and melts the surface layer touched by the electrodes according to a large amount of current, that is, welding is performed according to the hot resistor of the product workpiece. The workpiece of the product is easy to deform, and the resistance welding is welded according to the two sides of the connector, while the laser welding machine is only carried out from one side. When welding the thin metal material steel bar lap joint, it does not touch the product workpiece, and secondly, the light can also enter the area that cannot be welded by basic welding, and the welding speed is fast.


2. Argon arc welding

The use of non-power-consuming and maintenance gas is common to weld thin product workpieces, but the welding speed is relatively slow, and the heat input is much larger than that of laser welding, which is easy to cause deformation.


3. Plasma arc welding

Similar to argon arc, but its welding torch will reduce the electric isolation to improve arc softness and specific energy. It is faster than argon arc welding, but inferior to laser welding.


4. Electron beam welding

It relies on a beam of accelerated high-energy relative density electron current to collide with the product workpiece. The key defect of electron beam welding is that high vacuum is required to avoid electron scattering, the machinery and equipment are complicated, the specifications and appearance of welding parts are limited by the vacuum system, and the installation quality of butt welding parts The regulations are strict, and non-vacuum pump electron beam welding can also be performed, but the focusing point is not very good due to electron scattering, which affects the actual effect. Electron beam welding also has problems with magnetic deflection and X-rays. Because electronic devices are electrified by induction, they will be harmed by electromagnetic field offset. Therefore, it is required that the workpiece of electron beam welding products be welded to the magnetic field.


Laser welding machine does not require a vacuum system and a demagnetization solution before welding the product workpiece. It can be carried out in the air, so it can be actually operated in the production line and can also weld permanent magnet materials.
